- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the lesson are fully chargeable
- Single lessons are payable 48 hours in advance.
- Block bookings are payable 48 hours in advance.
- No-shows (missed lessons without notice) are fully chargeable.
- Lessons cannot be extended for late arrival. For example, arriving 15 minutes late = 35 minutes lesson.
- All fees paid are non-refundable
